Below you’ll find a few important details to review before we begin the process.
Deposit & Confirmation
To confirm your commission, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This covers the cost of materials: canvas, paints, textures, and other essentials used to bring your vision to life.
In some cases, I may be able to negotiate the deposit amount. If you decide not to move forward with your piece, please contact me as soon as possible.
Timeline & Process
Each painting is created with great care and attention to detail. While I aim to complete commissions in a timely manner, please allow for additional time to ensure quality, including drying and sealing.
For example, a commission confirmed in November may not necessarily be completed within that same month. Your patience is greatly appreciated!
The Creation Process
Consultation: We’ll discuss size, theme, and style. Pricing varies by size, complexity, and materials. We’ll discuss all details and create a custom quote during this stage.
Deposit & Details: Once your deposit is received, we’ll finalize the color palette, posing, and other key details.
Progress Updates: I’ll share updates when I begin, at major milestones (for any last-minute adjustments), and upon completion.
Final Invoice: You’ll receive an invoice for the remaining balance, including shipping costs.
Framing (Optional): We can explore framing options before shipment; any additional costs will be reflected in an updated invoice.
Delivery: Your artwork will be shipped once final payment is received.

At this time, I currently ship and accept commissions within the USA only.
